My Story
I graduated from the Tennessee School of Therapeutic Massage and received my Ohio Massage Therapy License. I trained at Yogi Hari's Ashram in Miramar, Florida where I received my 200hr and 300hr Yoga Teacher Training certificates enabling me to register as a RYT500 with Yoga Alliance. I am certified in Yoga Nidra, Biofield Tuning and am a Reiki 2 practitioner.
